Standard are Newark (EWR), John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), and Philadelphia (PHL). If you need assistance getting to a regional airport or other charter sites, please Contact Us for a custom quote.
- How much does your service cost?

- What if my travel plans change unexpectedly, such as a cancelled or delayed flight? Show Answer
In order to cancel your reservation, please call 908-233-2443 at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Otherwise, 50% of the total amount on your reservation form will be charged. Emergency situations will be given consideration on a case by case basis.
- Where do you pick me up at the airport?Show Answer
We will meet you at the passenger pickup area as designated by the airport officials. Call us at 908-233-2443 as soon as you arrive at the airport and before you claim your luggage. The dispatcher will provide further information on the specific pickup vehicle. Our service vehicles are not permitted to stay at the terminal pick up zones, but we await your arrival in designated lots a short from the passengers’ terminals.
- How can I make a reservation, and what are my payment options? Show Answer
Reservations can be made online by clicking Reservations, or you can call our helpful reservation agents at 908-233-2443. Prepayment is not required. You can choose to provide a payment option at the time of your reservation either online or with an agent, and your card will not be charged until the date of your reservation. Or you may pay the driver at the time the service is provided. Drivers will accept cash, all major credit/debit cards or travelers’ checks.
- How much luggage can I carry? What about large or unusual items? Show Answer
Allowable luggage with no additional fee is the same as allowed on domestic flights, 2 standard size suitcases per person. Bags over 45 lbs add $10.00 each. Boxes, golf bags, skis, bike boxes, and other such items are $10.00 each. Please call if you have any items of unusual size, shape, or weight because we may need to take them into consideration when determining the best vehicle for your need.
- Do you provide baby booster seats? Show Answer
Rear facing baby carriers, forward facing child seats, and booster seats are provided only if prearranged at a cost of $10 each. We will ensure any child seat is properly installed. You will need to let us know the number and type of seats needed, as well as the child’s age and weight.
- Can my pet come? Show Answer
Of course provided they are friendly and have proper restraint, but please let our reservation agents know in advance the type and size of the pet so we can be sure a suitable pet-friendly vehicle is available.
